Cipei Play is operated by Shenzhen Cipei Technology Co., Ltd, Shenzhen, China. Our contact email is cipeike@outlook.com. Our company address is Room 402, No. 12, Puxia Road, Liuyue North Community, Henggang Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen. These terms apply to this website and its digital game purchases.
2. Scope and eligibility
You may browse the site and try public demos. Purchases require an account and the legal capacity to enter the transaction in your location. A parent or guardian must make or approve purchases when required by law. Do not place orders where doing so would breach applicable restrictions.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate account and billing details, keep your password private, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share, sell, or transfer accounts. We may restrict an account when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, while preserving applicable rights.
4. Game descriptions and compatibility
Each product page describes a browser game, controls, price, and requirements. A free demo is a limited sample of that title. A purchase supplies the current full browser-game version; it does not include third-party keys, downloadable packages, physical goods, or a promise of future expansions. Check the demo on your intended browser and device before buying.
5. License and intellectual property
A confirmed eligible purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased game through your account for personal entertainment. You do not acquire ownership of the code or artwork. Do not redistribute the game, resell access, or use our material commercially without permission, except where applicable law permits. Our original materials and any other owners’ rights remain with their respective owners.
6. Prices, currency and taxes
Prices and order totals are displayed in USD. Any tax or fee charged by us must be disclosed before submission. Payment-provider currency conversion and independent fees are governed by that provider. Prices may change for future orders, but a later price change does not retrospectively alter an accepted order. There are no shipping charges for the listed digital licenses.
7. Orders, acceptance and contract
Review the game, quantity, account, and total before placing an order. An order reference acknowledges receipt; a pending order is not confirmation of payment or access. We confirm acceptance and fulfill an eligible order after payment is verified. Where we cannot supply an order already paid for, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, including refund when due.
8. Payment and irregularities
Available payment options are shown at checkout. Never send payment credentials by email or support form. A pending, failed, or cancelled order is not evidence of successful payment. If the provider shows a charge without confirmed access, contact cipeike@outlook.com with the order and a non-sensitive reference. Duplicate payments and unexplained state differences must be investigated before another attempt.
9. Digital supply and fulfillment
After confirmed payment, the purchased game is available in the purchasing account’s Game library while the order remains eligible. Pending or failed payment does not grant access. No physical goods are dispatched. An internet connection and compatible browser are required. See the Shipping & digital delivery policy for steps to check access and report a delay.
10. Cancellation and withdrawal
Cancel an eligible pending order through your account or contact support. For paid orders or statutory withdrawal, contact us and see the Cancellation and Returns & refunds policies. General acceptance of these terms does not by itself remove a statutory withdrawal right. Any legally required consent to early digital supply and acknowledgment of its effect must be obtained separately where applicable.
11. Refunds and remedies
We review non-delivery, duplicate payments, technical defects, and misdescription under the Returns & refunds policy and applicable law. Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method; provider settlement time may vary. Fully refunded or fully refunded line-item purchases lose the corresponding license, unless another valid purchase covers that title. Mandatory remedies are not excluded.
12. Acceptable conduct
Do not misuse accounts, disrupt the service, interfere with other users, submit fraudulent orders, upload unlawful material, or attempt unauthorized access. Do not submit passwords or card details in support messages. We may take proportionate action to protect the service and investigate abuse, subject to applicable law.
13. Privacy, cookies and communications
The Privacy Policy explains account and order data, essential session cookies, support requests, and communications. Essential cookies support sign-in, carts, and security. Transactional messages relate to your order or request; they are not marketing consent. The account is the primary place to review order status. Do not rely solely on email delivery.
14. Availability, accuracy and warranties
We aim to provide the games and descriptions stated on the site. Maintenance, network conditions, and device differences may affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted service or compatibility with every device. If material access is discontinued or a product is substantially misdescribed, contact us for the remedy required in the circumstances. Nothing excludes guarantees or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Liability and events outside our control
Each party remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law. We are not responsible for failures caused solely by your device, connection, or unauthorized changes where the law permits that limitation. We do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, or any other liability that cannot be excluded. Events outside reasonable control may delay performance; rights to an appropriate remedy remain available.
16. Applicable law and disputes
The operator is established in Shenzhen, China. The laws of the People’s Republic of China apply to the extent permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or competent courts available under the law of their habitual residence. 17. Updates, severability and contact
The date above identifies this version. Changes apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise. We will provide any notice required for material changes.
