All Cipei Play purchases are one-time digital-game licenses sold by Shenzhen Cipei Technology Co., Ltd.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in United States dollars (USD). Review the final order total before submitting. Any tax or fee charged by us must be shown in that total. Your payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion charges. There are no shipping charges for these digital products.
Payment method
Where enabled for your order, PayPal is shown at checkout. Payment details are handled by the payment provider; do not send them through our support form. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes.
Order received and payment confirmed
Submitting an order is separate from successful payment. An order marked Pending payment has not been confirmed as paid. Your confirmation page and account show the current order status. Digital access begins only after payment is confirmed.
Unfinished or unsuccessful payment
If checkout stops or your order remains pending, check My account → Orders before trying again. Do not make repeated payments for the same purchase. If your provider shows a charge but the order does not show confirmed payment, contact cipeike@outlook.com with the order number and the provider’s reference, excluding sensitive payment details.
No subscription or automatic renewal
Each game is purchased separately. Buying one title does not enroll you in a recurring plan or authorize future automatic charges.
Refunds and payment disputes
See Returns & refunds. We investigate duplicate payments, failed access, and product issues. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights or the rights available through your payment provider.
